Liquid rubber is a versatile waterproofing solution. It is non-toxic, odourless, UV resistant, non-corrosive, provides 350% elasticity, and, most importantly, is eco-friendly. The liquid coating hardens into a durable, waterproof membrane. The coating sticks to any non-oil-based surface, including concrete, stone, metal, bitumen, wood, PVC, metals, and zinc, in any size or shape.

When the liquid rubber is applied to a surface, it cures to form a rubber-like, highly flexible, seamless, elastomeric waterproof membrane. It is elastomeric, which means it can stretch and return to its original shape without causing damage.

Because of this seamlessness, there are no seams, which is where traditional waterproofing systems can fail. This means liquid rubber can also be employed in unusual locations, such as underneath bridges or on the sides of buildings.

Liquid Rubber can be applied to the following:

  • Flat Roofs
  • Concrete Slab Roofs
  • Tiled Roofs
  • IBR Steel Roofs
  • Parapet walls
  • Sidewalls
  • Balconies
  • Chimneys
  • Gutters
  • Polycarbonate Roofs
  • Clip lock Roofs
