On the waterproofing side we waterproofed all the flashings, box gutters, sheeting overlaps, turbine ventilator bases and all bolts heads. We also installed wire mesh in gutters, to keep the birds out!

We also had major issues with leaks in the used car showroom from an installed angle iron roof barrier. The parking area also needed new parking bay road marking refurbishment.
