Office Building – Painting and Waterproofing refurbishment
What we found
The client wanted to repaint their head office to match its new corporate identity. We identified over 10 buildings, that required prep, crack repairs, and painting refurbishment. The roofs and boundary wall also required refurbishment.
What we did
Our brilliant painting teams undertook almost 4000m2 of painting refurbishment, including the exterior walls, gutters, fascia boards, boundary wall, walkways, outdoor furniture, and some interior walls.
Our waterproofing teams had to seal, repair and repaint over 2500m2 of roof area, using our excellent 3-part liquid rubber system.
