We installed over 300m2 of new torch- on system, to a newly built roof.

Scope of Work:

  • Surface Preparation: The substrate was thoroughly cleaned and primed to ensure proper adhesion of the waterproofing membrane.
  • Application of Primer: A high-quality bituminous primer was applied to enhance bonding between the surface and the torch-on membrane.
  • Installation of Torch-On Membrane: A multi-layer, heat-applied bituminous membrane was installed using a propane torch to achieve a seamless, watertight finish.
  • Sealing and Finishing: All seams, joints, and overlaps were carefully sealed to eliminate any potential weak points.
  • Protective Coating: A UV-resistant silver aluminium coating or stone chip layer was applied to enhance durability and longevity.

Corporate Headquarters – Complete Painting Refurbishment


What we found

Client wanted a full refurbishment of the outside of their new Headquarters. A complete colour change was required to match their corporate identity.

Our brilliant painting teams undertook almost 4500m2 of painting refurbishment, including the exterior walls, gutters, fascia boards, boundary wall, walkways, outdoor furniture, and some interior walls.

 

Motor Dealership – Painting and Waterproofing Improvements


What we found

Client needed some waterproofing improvements on the roof of their three buildings. We conducted an assessment to improve the waterproofing systems on all the roofs.

They also wanted a refurbishment to the external street facing walls of the dealership.

What we did


Our experienced and professional waterproofing and painting teams went to work!

On the waterproofing side we waterproofed all the flashings, box gutters, sheeting overlaps, turbine ventilator bases and all bolts heads. We also installed wire mesh in gutters, to keep the birds out!

Our painting teams got to work giving the front facade and new car salesroom a new lease of life. We throughly prepped and repaired massive amount of cracks in the walls and applied the bets quality Dulux paint, to give the building a shining new lease of life!

 

 

IBR with liquid rubber

Apartment and Retail Building – Waterproofing -Liquid Rubber System

What we found


The main IBR Roof of the residential and retail block was in a state of disrepair. The waterproofing has delaminated or was missing. Extensive damage to the sheeting. Header and flashings in complete disrepair.

What we did


Our expert waterproofing teams had to wire brush the rust, repair damaged areas and penetrations in the sheeting. The roof was then coated with an industrial primer, to ready it for the waterproofing installation.

We decided on our 3-part liquid rubber system. This would seal the roof completely. Giving the client peace of mind for years to come.

Office Building – Painting and Waterproofing refurbishment

What we found


The client wanted to repaint their head office to match its new corporate identity. We identified over 10 buildings, that required prep, crack repairs, and painting refurbishment. The roofs and boundary wall also required refurbishment.

What we did

Private Residence – Complete exterior painting refurbishment

What we found


Our client wanted to completely refurbish the exterior paintwork on their beautiful residence. There were major crack and plaster repairs to be completed. Extensive damp proofing needed and a refurbishment of the boundary wall.

What we did


Our experienced and top-class painting teams completed major plaster and crack repairs. Making sure the plaster was ready to receive paint. Substantial damp proofing was undertaken to the main house and the boundary walls.

Finally, two coats of high quality paint were applied with a contrast finish. Giving the house a stunning end product that the client was enthralled about.

Motor Dealership – Painting and Waterproofing refurbishment

What we found


Our client wanted to refurbish the outside area of their workshop, their used car showroom, and the workshop. We identified several issues with waterproofing on their parking ramp, affecting the walls of their workshop. We also had major issues with leaks in the used car showroom from an installed angle iron roof barrier. The parking area also needed new parking bay road marking refurbishment.

What we did


Our painting and waterproofing heroes, went to work hand in hand. New liquid rubber installation to the ramp sides. Extensive crack repairs to all walls. Damp proofing to all external walls. Polyurethane sealer to close off the angle iron roof barrier. Painting refurbishment of the entire used car showroom.

We finished off with two coats of quality paint, with a feature strip on the bottom of the wall, in line with the client’s corporate identity. This refurbishment made the dealership look shiny and new. Reinforcing the hard work and professionalism on display.

Office Building – Painting and Waterproofing refurbishment (incl. parking area)

What we found


The client had recently moved into their new head office space. The building required major plaster and crack repairs, extensive roof repairs, new guttering and fascia boards.

The client also wanted his parking area refurbished.

What we did


Our experienced painting teams, spent time painstakingly repairing the plaster readying it for two generous coats of high-quality paint. Guaranteed to last the client for many years ahead.

We also cleaned and sealed the parking area with high-quality tar paint and repainted all the road markings for the parking bays. The area looked brand new and very welcoming for their visitors.

Our waterproofing teams had to seal, repair and repaint the entire roof to ensure that there are no leaks to the magnificent interior.

Private Residence – Roof refurbishment using Liquid Rubber system

What we found


An IBR Roof that badly needed some maintenance. There were leaks in many areas of the house, garage and domestic worker’s suite.

What we did


We undertook to repair the roof areas that badly needed repair, we removed and rebuilt waterproofing structures, and then applied our brilliant three-part liquid rubber system to the roof, using a beautiful Terracotta liquid rubber to add colour to the roof and finish it off

Private Residence – Corrugated Roof Refurbishment

What we found


The Roof was in desperate need of maintenance. Our experienced team found the roof had faded badly, and many areas were in desperate need of repair.  Many leaks in the house also.

What we did


Our experienced teams, repaired damaged areas, primed the roof, and made sure it was leak free. Finished it off with a beautiful double coat of bituminous aluminum silver paint.
