What we found

Our client required a comprehensive refurbishment of their industrial roof to address weathering, corrosion and potential water ingress. With over 10,000m² of roofing to restore on 3 buildings, the objective was to extend the life of the roof, prevent future leaks and improve the building’s long-term performance.

We also had to manufacture and install a new gutter section into the one of the buildings as well as remove and replace around 200m² of new roof sheeting.

What we did

Our experienced waterproofing team carried out a complete roof restoration, combining waterproofing, corrosion treatment and protective roof coating systems to restore the roof to a durable, weather-resistant condition.

Scope of Work

• Thorough inspection and preparation of approximately 10,000m² of industrial roof sheeting.
• Sealed all roof sheet overlaps and exposed bolt heads using a high-quality waterproofing compound to prevent water penetration and reinforce vulnerable areas.
• Applied a professional de-rusting treatment across the entire roof surface to neutralise existing corrosion and inhibit future rust development.
• Prepared all treated surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion of the protective coating.
• Applied a premium aluminium roof coating, creating a durable weatherproof finish while improving UV resistance and reducing heat absorption.
• Conducted a final quality inspection to ensure the roof was fully protected and completed to our high workmanship standards.
