With over\u00a0<strong>10,000m\u00b2<\/strong>\u00a0of roofing to restore on 3 buildings, the objective was to extend the life of the roof, prevent future leaks and improve the building&#8217;s long-term performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We also had to manufacture and install a new gutter section into the one of the buildings as well as remove and replace around <strong>200m\u00b2<\/strong>\u00a0of new roof sheeting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we did<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our experienced waterproofing team carried out a complete roof restoration, combining waterproofing, corrosion treatment and protective roof coating systems to restore the roof to a durable, weather-resistant condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scope of Work<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Thorough inspection and preparation of approximately\u00a0<strong>10,000m\u00b2<\/strong>\u00a0of industrial roof sheeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sealed all roof sheet overlaps and exposed bolt heads using a high-quality waterproofing compound to prevent water penetration and reinforce vulnerable areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applied a professional de-rusting treatment across the entire roof surface to neutralise existing corrosion and inhibit future rust development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepared all treated surfaces to ensure optimal adhesion of the protective coating.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applied a premium aluminium roof coating, creating a durable weatherproof finish while improving UV resistance and reducing heat absorption.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducted a final quality inspection to ensure the roof was fully protected and completed to our high workmanship standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Benefits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x2705;&nbsp;<strong>Comprehensive Waterproofing<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Sealed critical leak points, including overlaps and fasteners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x2705;&nbsp;<strong>Corrosion Protection<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Rust treatment helps prevent further deterioration and extends the life of the roof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x2705;&nbsp;<strong>Heat Reflective Finish<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Aluminium coating reflects solar heat, helping to reduce internal building temperatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x2705;&nbsp;<strong>Extended Roof Lifespan<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Protects the roof against harsh weather, UV exposure and ongoing corrosion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#x2705;&nbsp;<strong>Cost-Effective Alternative to Roof Replacement<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 Restores existing roofing while avoiding the significant expense of installing a new roof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Completion &amp; Recommendations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project was completed successfully, transforming more than&nbsp;<strong>10,000m\u00b2<\/strong>&nbsp;of industrial roofing into a fully protected, weather-resistant asset.
