We identified several issues with waterproofing on their parking ramp, affecting the walls of their workshop. We also had major issues with leaks in the used car showroom from an installed angle iron roof barrier. The parking area also needed new parking bay road marking refurbishment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our painting and waterproofing heroes, went to work hand in hand. New liquid rubber installation to the ramp sides. Extensive crack repairs to all walls. Damp proofing to all external walls. Polyurethane sealer to close off the angle iron roof barrier. Painting refurbishment of the entire used car showroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We finished off with two coats of quality paint, with a feature strip on the bottom of the wall, in line with the client’s corporate identity.
