All items leaving our store are inspected for defects and inconsistencies. We guarantee our clients received the best quality product available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To complete your return, please email info@supremewp.co.za <\/a>, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Products can be returned to our Alberton offices or couriered back to you (shipping costs for purchaser account).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds<\/h2><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once your return is received and inspected (this can take 3-5 working days), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund less a cancellation fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an EFT paid to nominated bank account, or a voucher\/ store credit refundable on our online store, within 5 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
